Car no start because i change my stereo

My battery appeared to have died, tried to jump still wouldn’t start. AAA told me I need anew battery, I bought one. I installed it, electricity turned on, but hitting start button does not turn on the engine, no cranking at at all.

How much do you think will cost this much damage of the car

I smell burning underneath my hood and I went to Jiffy Lube and they told me I needed to replace all my spark plug plugs(will actually only one but they don’t sell only one so I bought all entirely new spark plugs) my car has since jerked a couple of times and the smell has gotten worse 🤦🏼‍♀️

I need to move my car it’s no turning on it’s been it’s been sitting in the same parking spot for seven months

I might or might not need a diagnostic I think I know what the problem is and might need a quote, but i’m no professional of course. I also have a video of the incident that occurred. my entire electrical system started to glitch out as soon as i got off the freeway to go home. My steering wheel started locking on me and the car eventually shut down completely. i got it jump started, 2 minutes later the car completely died so i asked my grandfather since he has experience in being a mechanic and it can most likely be the alternator. The alternator drained the battery so I went to get a new battery so that i can get the alternator fixed because i'm aware the new battery will just be drained if i try it with the old alternator. I let the car run for a few minutes and the battery light stayed on for some time. I even tried using my own OBD Il scanner it shows no codes but the battery light is still there and that just worries me. I believe I really need my alternator replaced and that's all. If need be, I will buy an alternator part if that's easier, but i'd like both quotes with & w/out the part. Im not sure what it can really be, because when i got the new battery the light keeps flickering on & off and my scanner is not showing anything is wrong with the car when i know it is. I asked my grandfather to check the Alternator "Excite" Wire but he had to travel back home. He told me to ask around for whatever shop I go to check the wire since the small plug on the back of the alternator can sometimes get brittle or loose. If that plug isn't making a solid connection, a brand new alternator still won't charge the battery.
