We need a mobile mechanic to reset the codes on our 2012 328i BMW. we Believe the safety mechanism has placed the vehicle and safe mode and it will not start. error message is engine start malfunction it also says the brake system and it shows the airbag symbol as well. we need the battery registered as it is new. I have checked the fuses and they are good. however it is possible that the starter relay both male and female side could have issues.

My engine service light is on. Did a diagnostic and it’s saying the o2sensor

*update* I’ll will be willing to figure out the pricing in person I’m really in a tough spot and I would be grateful if someone can come and do it as fast as possible! The first problem it would turn off once it was at complete stop. Once I turned it back on then off. it would take a while to accelerate but then continue. I ended up finding out it was the water and the the motor oil. Now it continues to not accelerate and the mph needle won’t move once I press on the gas, it continues to jerk and the exhaust makes an irregular sound. I have a couple of light and sign that popped up and while reading through the manual of the vehicle this is something I can’t do myself nor do I have the tools

I tried reinstalling an aftermarket steering wheel on my 2020 BMW M5 Competition and the airbag is now stuck and won’t release. The wires are likely caught behind it. I need a BMW-certified mobile mechanic ASAP (Cibolo area) to safely remove the airbag and fix the wiring so I can get the wheel back on. I have attached pictures of what it looked like before I tried to reinstall the airbag and pictures of my issue. Only respond if you’re BMW-certified and experienced with BMW airbags/steering
