Hi, my name is Paulina, I have a 2007 Honda Civic 165,000 miles. I bought this car a couple years ago and got informed there was many oil leaks in the engine. I went to the mechanic last year and they fixed the two major ones but told me there was many more minor ones. Working for client to replace bathroom flooring and toilet. Turns out sub floor is rotted. Pier and beam house and will need to go under to provide more support for flooring. Crawlspace is large with light and electricity. Some demo is done. Current subfloor is 3/4 inch plywood with 1/4 inch chip board. 2 pieces of 1/2 chipboard on site. Materials will be reimbursed. ASAP
