I have a 2009 Audi A4 2.0T (4-cylinder) with a confirmed alternator / charging system issue. I’m looking for a mobile mechanic who can come to my location to diagnose the charging system and either: • remove and install a rebuilt or remanufactured alternator, or • remove the alternator so it can be rebuilt by an auto-electric shop, then reinstall it. I am open to supplying the alternator myself (rebuilt/reman) if preferred. The car currently starts but does not reliably charge the battery. Please let me know: • total cost for labor • whether you install customer-supplied parts • estimated time on site Looking for the most cost-effective solution, not dealer pricing.
