Washing machine rubber needs to be replaced (we have new part, just needs to be installed)

I have a dishwasher that requires installation within our kitchen; obviously, I don't have the time or expertise to connect waterlines and remove a kitchen cabinet door to install this unit. Basically, I need super cost-conscious service charges; especially since we spent our entire life savings repairing this home. The main purpose of this request to obtain reasonable (frugal) quotes from reputable contractors/sources.

Beautiful old thermador gas range with dual oven needs a full tune. Large oven doesn't get above 250. Burners are mostly all over the place.

To whom it may concern, I need to remove my KitchenAid dishwasher unit for an upcoming home renovation. To do this you will need to turn off the electricity (which i can help with) and shut off the water. The dishwasher will remain in the apartment, just needs to be moved a few feet.

I have an old hood range that needs to be removed. The installer came by today and tried to remove it, but the previous owners did not use any screws and somehow have it stuck on the wall. I suspect construction adhesive maybe? There is backsplash built around the hood range, and I need someone to come and remove the existing hood range and possibly repair the wall after removal and replace any damaged backsplash. My hope is that you will be able to preserve the wall and backsplash. I don't care about the old hood range, you can rip it apart if it will save the wall and backsplash.
