Fixing and updating a fabric hanging rocket

This is a rocket that hangs in a classroom. The top two sections while intact could use an update. The bottom section is ripped and torn and needs to be fixed or replaced. The students love this rocket, sitting inside while reading or when needing a quiet moment. While it can be replaced there are a lot of memories attached this rocket so the teacher and students would like to keep it, but it definitely needs some repair and updating. The picture of the grey/red rocket is the original and the picture of the silver/blue/red with star decals is what they would like it to look like. I am open to whatever can be done so the students can keep this rocket in their classroom for many more years.

I have a power/electric recliner with a leg extension that opens on its own and won’t stay closed. I have to force the footrest down, but it immediately pops back up. I need the mechanical components of the recliner inspected and repaired so the leg extension operates and stays in position correctly.

Two button remote does not work consistently but does work. Apparently wires or connections inside the remote are loose or inconsistent. This is a 1999 Lazy Boy recliner that also stands the person up. It is in good shape and we want to get it to work all the time dependably.
