Repair concrete stairs, add a step if needed, and install a handrail. Looking for someone to: • Repair the cracked/damaged gap shown in the photos. • possibly add a concrete step at the unusually high rise to make the transition easier. • Install a handrail on one side, from the bottom step to the upper landing near the door. The stairs have different tread depths and some different heights, so the railing must accommodate multiple slopes. Please share with me your price range and timeline and I will get back to you.
