I have a general organizational strategy but I’m very open to ideas to maximize the intentionality of each space. • Setup & Prep: Tasks like wiping out storage containers before we pack them, assembling lightweight shelves, and mounting coat hooks. • Teamwork & Initiative: I’m looking for someone with energy and initiative who can work without me directing every move, but good communication is key (there will be a lot of "where do you want this to go?” esp. in the early stages).
