**Home Organizer / Decluttering Help Needed – El Segundo** Looking for an experienced, hands-on home organizer to help us reorganize several areas of our home in El Segundo as we prepare for a new baby and a family member moving nearby. This is more than just cleaning. I’m looking for someone who is great at **decluttering, organizing, creating storage systems, downsizing and helping decide what should stay, move, donate or be discarded.** Projects will include: • Cleaning out and reorganizing a child's bedroom closet • Completely emptying and reorganizing the current playroom so it can be converted into a nursery • Sorting toys, clothes, household items and storage bins • Creating and labeling bins and practical organization systems • Helping determine what to keep, donate, relocate or discard • Organizing and decluttering the garage • Consolidating stored items and helping determine where everything should live • Packing/boxing items that are being moved or stored • Helping load items for donation and potentially taking donation loads to a local donation center • Light lifting and moving of boxes/items between rooms **Ideal person:** Someone with professional home-organizing or significant decluttering experience who is efficient, proactive and comfortable taking the lead. I don't just need someone to move things around. I want someone who can look at a space, help create a plan and then work with me to execute it. You should be comfortable lifting and carrying normal household boxes/bins. Having an SUV, truck or vehicle that can occasionally transport donations would be a big plus. There may be additional paid work afterward involving another nearby home and moving/organizing items from a local storage unit. Please tell me about your organizing experience, whether you have a vehicle that can transport donations, and if possible include photos/examples of organization projects you've completed.
