Task Title: Pull & Swap Rear Hatch - 2016 Chrysler Minivan Vehicle: 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Location: Wrench-A-Part (Austin) Price: $75 - $115 Parts/Fees: I will cover your yard entry fee and the cost of the door. Description: Looking for an experienced mechanic to meet me at Wrench-A-Part to pull a replacement rear hatch off a donor van and swap it onto my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. I have permission from the yard to park my van directly next to the donor vehicle so there is no long-distance hauling required. They also have wheel barrows. What you will be doing: * Remove Donor Hatch: Disconnect the donor van's wiring harness, unclip the hydraulic liftgate struts, and unbolt the rear hatch at the roof hinges. * Swap Hatch: Unbolt my damaged hatch, transfer the replacement hatch onto my van, and secure the hinge bolts. * Reconnect Wiring: Reconnect the rubber wiring harness boot so the rear backup camera, taillights, rear wiper, and power locks function properly. What to bring: * Full metric socket set and ratchets (for roof hinges) * Cordless impact driver or ratchet (highly recommended) * Flathead screwdrivers and interior trim-removal tools * Prop rod or support (to hold the hatch up while unbolting/bolting) * Closed-toe shoes (required for entry)

Vehicle: 2016 Chrysler Town & Country (3.6L Pentastar V6) Location: North Austin (Walnut Creek) Parts/Tools Supplied: Yes (New throttle body gasket, resonator grommets, dielectric grease, 24mm socket, and torque wrench) Description: Looking for an experienced mobile mechanic to help me wrap up a repair on my van and diagnose a few codes. I got halfway through fixing some issues from a botched oil change, but the plastic intake is fighting me and I need a pro to take over. What I need help with: * Seat the air resonator: I have the new throttle body gasket, new rubber mounting grommets, and dielectric grease. I just can't get the resonator to pop onto the engine's ball studs. Might need silicone spray and the right touch to get it flush. * Double-check my oil cap: I just installed a new oil filter cap (with the built-in bypass) to address a P06DD code. Once the intake is on and we can start the engine, I have a 24mm socket and torque wrench here for you to use to verify my torque and check for pressure leaks. * Diagnose a P0305 and P0420: The intake resonator is off right now, so the cylinder 5 coil is sitting wide open. Need you to test the coil/wiring for the misfire, run live data on the O2 sensor for the cat code, and let me know your professional diagnosis on what's actually failing. Stuff to bring: * Silicone spray or white lithium grease (just in case my dielectric grease doesn't cut it for the intake grommets) * OBD2 scanner that reads live data * Basic hand tools and socket set (10mm, etc.)
