**Handyman Needed SATURDAY 7am - 9am – Furniture Assembly & Small Installations (Cremorne)** Looking for a reliable handyman to assist with assembling and installing several small items in a newly fitted-out commercial space in **Cremorne (North Sydney)**. Please confirm you have experience mounting items securely into plasterboard or stud walls and indicate availability at the specified time. Tasks include: • Assemble **1 office chair** • Assemble **1 small sofa** • Assemble **1 desk** • Assemble **1 cabinet and secure it safely into the wall** There may be **additional work next week** to install more hooks and items if they do not arrive in time for installation tomorrow. If they do arrive by tomorrow we would pay for an extra 1 hour for hook and wall mount installation and installing bottles into existing stands. •Install **hooks under desks and/or on walls** • Install **handwash, hand moisturiser and hand sanitiser bottles into existing wall-mounted stands** (stands already installed) • Install **any additional hooks if required** • Install **one wall mount in a multipurpose room** Additional requirements: • Must bring own **tools and appropriate fixings** • Experience securing furniture safely into walls • Attention to detail and care working in a **newly fitted-out space** • Please **remove and take away all packaging/rubbish from assembly** (note there is a commercial bin nearby 30 metres that you may dispose in easily) This is a **new clinic space**, so we are looking for someone careful, tidy, and reliable. **Location:** Cremorne / North Sydney

Looking for an experienced handyman to help with a couple of small bathroom fixes: • Reseal the four corners of my bathroom with silicone that matches the colour of the existing tiles. Currently has a colour that doesn’t match. • Reattach a bathroom mirror that has come loose from the wall. I need an experienced handyman to complete the following work in my living room: • Install 3 acoustic wood slat wall panels to create a feature wall. • The panels are 2700 × 600 mm each and need to be trimmed to fit a 180 cm wide section of wall. • Install a floating TV cabinet (IKEA BESTÅ) on the wall. • Remove the existing 50-inch TV and mount a new 75-inch TV. The current TV is already wall mounted, but I am not sure if the existing bracket will fit the new 75-inch TV. I am adding a pic for example to see . This price is for installation only , i can provide everything except the tools .
