So I have a 1990 Honda accord ex manual. It was driving good and smooth for months. No issues at all. But 1 day leaving my girl place and hoping on the 91 it started to bog down and feel like it’s losing power. Than all of a sudden it just stop running but all the lights stayed on. I couldn’t start it at all but it just crank. I replaced the distributor twice and did the spark plugs, check compression and 150 all around, fuel pressure is solid and good, timing is on point still and vacuum lines are solid and still connected, checked fuses 3 times and all are good except for the window fuses but I don’t care for that, relay is functional and clicking as normal along with ignition switch is working properly, I even tried to use a jump to see if I can start the car that way but still not working. It cranks and sounds like it wants to start but still not catching at all. The distributor is not 180 off and made sure it’s installed correctly with the wires in the correct placement. Just out of ideas right now and don’t know where to go from here

Just had a rebuilt transmission installed and the same problem and code exist PO720 & P2106 along with a new code following the repair PO708. Before the repair the speedometer worked and now it doesn’t. The trans guy said he is not sure what the problem is and in order to not cost me more in repairing suspected parts and not sure if it will fix it. He recommended an electric diagnostic.previous to his repair I paid for a trans full diagnostic at another place. They said it was the trans. The company that did the actual rebuilt installed said it could be the computer, cluster , throttle body sensor or the ignition switch. I called the company that did the trans diagnostic and told him the info and he said it’s not the computer because he would know during diagnostic and it’s not the oss sensor because he had live volt interaction with computer but the transmission guy should be there was no live data with the oss sensor so I don’t know if the trans guy screwed something up while installing the trans or airing testing. I can provide documentation from both companies if necessary
