Looking for a punctual mechanic that takes pride in their work and has knowledge about car repairs. This isn’t a basic oil change. Looking for somone to assist in repairing a 2007 ford Taurus that runs and drives but is making a loud knocking sound. I believe this is the lifters and they will need to be replaced. Please if you do not intend on showing up do not accept my task. I have had several people accept my previous posting and then just not show up. In the end this costs me money and time. Looking for somone to repair my Ford Taurus. This is not for just a diagnosis. As I can run a code reader myself. I am disabled and cannot do the manual labor myself to repair the car. I will buy all parts needed. This is for the labor to repair the vehicle. Preferably someone local to Montebello. Must be punctual. Do not waste my time or yours.

I need an amp installed in my son’s car. Need to get out/aux from the CarPlay unit already installed to rca cables. Feed into the new amp bypass the factory and into the speakers. So point the amp, run the wires that I’d like hidden to the CarPlay, splice hopefully heat shrink so it doesn’t come loose and hook it up.

So I have a 1990 Honda accord ex manual. It was driving good and smooth for months. No issues at all. But 1 day leaving my girl place and hoping on the 91 it started to bog down and feel like it’s losing power. Than all of a sudden it just stop running but all the lights stayed on. I couldn’t start it at all but it just crank. I replaced the distributor twice and did the spark plugs, check compression and 150 all around, fuel pressure is solid and good, timing is on point still and vacuum lines are solid and still connected, checked fuses 3 times and all are good except for the window fuses but I don’t care for that, relay is functional and clicking as normal along with ignition switch is working properly, I even tried to use a jump to see if I can start the car that way but still not working. It cranks and sounds like it wants to start but still not catching at all. The distributor is not 180 off and made sure it’s installed correctly with the wires in the correct placement. Just out of ideas right now and don’t know where to go from here
