Cut Up Demolition Wood – Approx. 20m³ Looking for someone with the right tools to cut up a large pile of demolition timber. Job details: • Approximately 20 cubic metres of demolition wood • Needs to be cut into smaller, manageable lengths to fit my fireplace • Mostly old timber from demolition (mixed sizes) and with nails • You will need your own tools (drop saw or similar recommended) Location: Sunbury Wood will remain on site – it just needs to be cut down into smaller pieces for easier handling/stacking. Flexible with timing but would prefer it done soon. Please bring your own safety gear and cutting equipment. Let me know your quote and availability.

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24 holes, install using masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and assemble awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. One complication is that the wall is rendered brick, but we still need to locate and drill holes into optimal locations in brick, not mortar (as per manufacturer's pic). Awning is currently in manufacture (Sydney) and will be delivered. Job to start ASAP after delivery. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1).

I am looking for a qualified HVAC technician or electrician to upgrade my current basic Bonaire ducted heating controller to a smart, Wi-Fi-enabled thermostat. The Situation: System: Bonaire Gas Ducted Heating. Current Controller: A basic digital Bonaire unit with only Up/Down arrows and a Heat/Off slider. It is currently unresponsive/stuck. Goal: Replace this with a smart thermostat that allows for phone control and scheduling via my home's TP-Link Mesh Wi-Fi. I'm open to whatever brand you recommend for this specific conversion. If you have a preferred smart thermostat that you know works reliably with Bonaire systems (like the Bonaire MyClimate kit or a Honeywell/Nest with a relay), please feel free to supply the hardware and include it in your quote. Technical Requirements: 24V Conversion: I understand Bonaire systems often use a proprietary 2-wire signal. You will likely need to install a 24V Isolation Relay and a 24V Transformer at the furnace to provide a 'C-wire' for the new thermostat. Mounting: Remove the old controller and mount the new smart unit. Setup: Configure the system and assist with connecting it to the Wi-Fi. Testing: Perform a full cycle test to ensure the furnace fires up and shuts down correctly.
