Looking for a one-time cleanup of approximately 150 sq. ft. of front-yard garden beds. I want everything tidied and brought back under control while preserving all established plants. Work needed: * Weed the beds and remove fallen leaves, spent flowers, and loose debris. * Deadhead and selectively prune plants as appropriate. * Clean up and shape overgrown muhly ornamental grass, but do not cut it all the way back. * Lightly trim small branches that are hanging over the sidewalk or crossing into the neighbor’s property. * Clean up bed edges. Important: Do not remove or pull out any established plants, even if they appear dead. I will evaluate and remove whole plants myself. Pruning clearly dead material from a plant is fine, but please leave the plant and its root system in place. Plants to carefully work around: * Esperanza, rose bush, Gregg’s mistflower, and rosemary are growing into one another. Please selectively prune/corral them to give each plant some breathing room rather than heavily cutting them back. * There is a small yarrow plant in the lower-right corner when facing the house that is especially important to me. Please leave it intact and be very careful around it. * There is also dianthus that isn’t currently flowering but it is alive. Please preserve it. I have established native/perennial plants and am looking for someone who understands selective pruning rather than indiscriminate shearing. If there is any uncertainty about a plant, please leave it alone and ask me what to do. All garden debris should go into my empty green organics bin.
