Cut down tree and remove waste

I need the former grapefruit tree removed, branches and all roots (not just cutting the top off). I have poisoned it and removed some branches to make the job easier. If you are bringing a machine, there is side path access but are some steps to access this area (around ten). Street parking is OK but I cannot guarantee a spot immediately outside the home, as this is inner Sydney. I do not have offstreet parking. Am looking for someone to come no earlier than 8am and no later than 11am on Friday.
