Repair or replacement of the basin waste assembly may be required. Required: Inspect and diagnose the cause of the leak. Repair or replace the basin waste/drain assembly as necessary. Replace any worn seals or fittings required to rectify the leak. Ensure the basin can be filled with water without any leakage. Test and confirm the basin is fully watertight upon completion. 2. Vanity/Shower Recess Regrouting & Re-Siliconing Remove mouldy, cracked, or deteriorated silicone around the vanity and splashback area and the shower recess. Remove any loose or damaged grout where required. Re-silicone affected joints using mould-resistant sanitary-grade silicone. Regrout affected areas as necessary. Leave area clean and professionally finished. REQUIREMENT: Relevant plumbing and/or bathroom repair experience. Own tools and materials. Must hold current Public Liability Insurance. A copy of the current insurance certificate/policy must be provided to the owner before any work commences. Workmanship guarantee preferred.

Re grout and caulk small shower

Hi all Looking for a tiler or handyman with solid tiling experience to fix up tiles in our small laundry and bathroom. It's a small space, roughly 1.5x1.5m. See attached floorplan and photos (though note the washing machine and dryer have now been removed). Would not be looking to do anything to the shower tiling/grouting - just looking for the laundry and the rest of bathroom. What needs doing: - Around 10 cracked tiles to be replaced (marked with blue tape in photo). They're standard white 100x100 square tiles. Happy to supply replacements (proposing to get White Matt 100x100 Pressed Edge from National Tiles). - Full regrout of the floor. Existing grout has come out in a fair few spots and the rest is looking tired, so I'd rather do the lot than patch it. Happy to chat through it before booking. Remove old grout, replace new grout and apply sealant around edge for ground floor shower. Shower walls are mainly fine, regrouting is for the basin. There is also a leaky pipe above plaster ceiling. Not strictly required but Preference is that you can also help tape or replace the pvc pipe (plaster will need to be cut/replaced). Can be discussed on site.
