I want my master bedroom bathroom and normal bathroom regrouting and resealing. There are some tile grout discoloration and deterioration .The shower caulking shows signs of deterioration, including cracking and peeling. I want to remove the old caulking and apply a new, high-quality waterproof sealant. Photos are from building inspection.

Needing a Professional Re-grouter and Tiler to remove old grout from shower walls and base, re-grout with mould resistant commercial grade epoxy to walls and shower base. Also remove old silicone from shower bases, apply new silicone to seal and waterproof wall-floor joins and in and around drain hole, apply penetrating sealer. Supply and install a small Cement sheet or underlay to the area where the tiles are removed(see pic), on top of yellow tongue board exposed. Waterproof area where the 3 tiles have come up. Lay only 3 tiles using proper adhesive. I can supply the grout, silicone and waterproofing if needed.
