One bathroom , shower ground tiles need to be re grout. Approximately less than 2 SQM. Will need to remove the old grout first, then reapply and seal. Advised what type of grout will be used? Any warranty or guarantee on the work?

Bathroom area 2*2.5 Metres, tiles half walls, need re-grout, a tile or two replaced

Re-grouting and re-sealing the shower area only (walls and floor within the shower recess). The rest of the bathroom is in good condition and does not need work. Details: Bathroom 1 needs more attention. Bathroom 2 isn’t bad but might aswell get it done. Scope of Work: •Remove old grout and silicone within the shower area •Re-grout wall and floor tiles neatly •Apply new waterproof silicone sealant around edges, corners, and fittings ~ Work to be done over 2 days — 1 bathroom per day preferred ~ Open to offers !

Re grouting of shower and entry floor area

Re gout and seal wall tiles in shower which has a base, and wall tiles in second bathroom over bath/shower. All wall tiles are white, so grout must be white. Some areas may need treatment for mould. The shower has two walls of tiles and two walls of glass. The shower screen may need 'sealing' between screen and shower base and top of bath. Also need caulking between bench top and tiles in kitchen, Would probably need to attend property twice. First visit to prepare, second visit to seal/caulk? Parking is available on site. We are flexible with date but prefer morning.

Need to regrout the shower and redo the silicone. Photos attached. 1st shower has mold that will need to be entirely regrouted. Need opinion on whether shower screen needs to be replaced as well. Please provide quote including labour and materials 2nd shower only needs minor grout as some gaps in there. Please advise if you recommend a full regrout and give costs accordingly.

Some old grouts were broken, so need to remove the old ones and regrout. Please see pics for more details.

Regrout entire laundry floor tiles. Dunlop grout powder will be provided. Please make sure it is done neatly, cleanly and that the grout once dried does not crack and come off soon after. My preference is for this job to be done either this Thursday, Friday, Sat or Sun.
