Need to replace grout and silicone in shower. Please note that the previous owner painted over the grout.

1. Bottom floor-to-wall joints & walll vertical internal corner joints. The existing silicone sealant has developed mold. Need to be scrapped out & reapply with fresh, mold resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor regrouting. The grout between tiles has degraded. Need to be regrouted. 3. Leaking Shower Screen. Water is leaking out from underneath the bottom corner & middle frame of the glass shower screen & pooling on the main bathroom floor. It currently has a clear white sealant on the of frame (the inner only) and reapply with a fresh one, mold resistant sanitary silicone. The shower floor dimension is 76 x 120 cm .
