Hi I need an experienced professional to regrout my outdoor balcony (approx. 10 sqm). Key Details: • Tiles: 450mm x 450mm tiles. • Material: I want to use Epoxy Grout • Scope of work: 1. Complete removal of old, degraded grout (approx. 3-5mm deep). 2. Deep clean/vacuum the gaps to ensure they are dry and dust-free. 3. Professional application of Epoxy Grout (clean finish is essential). 4. Final cleanup of tile surfaces (must not leave epoxy haze). Requirements: • Please bring your own professional tools (Multi-tool for grout removal, specialized epoxy sponges, etc.). • Proven experience with Epoxy Grout is a must, as I know it's harder to work with than standard grout. • Looking for a neat, reliable finish. Clean and regrout (expoxy) the balcony. Approx measurements: Width - 108cms Length - 238 cms

Re-grout shower floor tiles (including around drain) • Re-grout shower wall tiles where needed • Remove and replace silicone to all shower corners • Remove and replace silicone to wall/floor junctions • Remove and replace silicone to internal edges of shower screen • Remove and replace silicone along the top rim of the bathtub where it meets the tiles • Use mould-resistant grout and sanitary silicone Supply product/equipment and take rubbish away

Regrout shower area. 1800 x 800mm ( 2 walls ) and a small wall of 300 x 800. Take out old silicon and resilicon with mould less silicon. Location Cranbourne west ( off Evans road) Prefer done before Wednesday afternoon (31/12)

Remove old grout and silicone in whole of shower. Fully regrout and install new silicone.
