I need someone to help me re-glue some loose tiles around my pool area and also do some grouting where needed. Photos attached as examples areas. You will need to bring glue and grout or tell me while what to get and I will purchase.

We have a small area of tiles on the external of our house, to the side of the front door. About 4 of the tiles have come loose but are still in place. They need to be re-glued / secured and re-grouted to prevent them from falling off and breaking. We also have a secondary job where we need the roof of our front deck sealed / lacquered. There is also a singular wooden strut that needs this also.

Grout is stained and mouldy with a few gaps. Main bathroom floor grout just needs a clean and seal. Please quote for both rooms, and note if you'd recommend epoxy vs standard. The existing grout is cracking, and there is water leaking through and seeping out of the external walls. I want the entire balcony/deck regrouted, rather than only repairing the visibly damaged areas, to provide a consistent finish and reduce the risk of untreated existing grout causing further water penetration or problems in the future. Work required: - Remove the existing grout across the entire balcony/deck as required. - Regrout the whole area with suitable, high-quality grout. - Reseal all necessary joints, edges and penetrations. - Ensure the completed work provides a consistent finish and good protection against water penetration. - Clean up and remove any waste from the work.
