The grout between our shower floor tiles has eroded over time. Would like to get it regrouted.

2 showers have some small sections where the grout needs to be replaced. Also the fan in the laundry has stopped working and will either need to be replaced/fixed and a powerpoint elsewhere won't stay flicked on.
