Hi, we needed to replace the carpet in a new office we are leasing and have already removed the old carpet and now are looking for someone to supply & install carpet tiles. Please see attached photos - The red area is what needs to be replaced in the floor plan image. We found a few people selling $1 carpet tiles online (50cm x 50cm) which were new, so we don’t want any silly offers with extreme quotes for this task please Measurements of the floor space are also seen in the floor plan image. We are hoping to get a dark carpet tile colour, which is a similar colour to what is already in other areas of the building so there's no noticeable difference between the main area and the carpet on the stairs (as we are not changing the stairs). You are welcome to inspect. We're located at 1/60 Keilor Park Drive, Keilor East (Near Stan Cash), but give us notice before arriving as we're not always around. We need you to supply the carpet tiles as well as do the installation, so please ensure your quote is for both.
