The kitchen is i good condition but not a nice colour and the splashback is black tiles with the grout and tiles in excellent condition. The only thing is the cupboards have a vinyl surface although in good condition. Does this have to be removed ready for painting. If so happy to pay extra for this task

I need to have travertine installed in an small outdoor area. The installation will be of 12 mm travertine in french pattern (pieces are pre-cut for french pattern layout) The area is 10 mts long by 1.2 mts wide, the total layout area is a bit les than 12.5 sqm. I'll clean up the area with pressurised water to make it ready for the job. I have attached photos of the area, the pattern and what it should look like after installation. I'm flexible with dates.
