Removal mould, Re-grout and re-seal silicone in shower due to age and mould.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Ken did not ask for what colour grout i wanted, so he chose himself the best colour for my shower. He chose the opposite colour to the original grout and did not match the surrounding grout. I had a light cream grout and he chose dark gray on light tiles which looks like cement. I asked him to redo this and he refuse to come to fix this issue and blames me for not telling him what colour i wanted. Please avoid this man

Over time some of the grout has come away around 10 - 12 tiles and we require them to be re-grouted (I have attached photos of most significant ones) to maintain the integrity of the waterproofing. We also need so caulking redone in the shower niche(photo attached)
