Needing 3-4 staff to run a bar for a private event that includes servicing drinks, making premixes, cocktails, general clean etc

I need a fun energetic and lively MC for my wedding day on September 19th. You will be needed to watch as a guest in the ceremony and then fully take over during the reception, it’s is a Christian wedding so you would also need to be okay with this element.

As per my previous post I’m looking for a creative, crafty/hobbyist individual who would be interested in helping me bring my vision to life for a dinner I’m hosting. I already have all the products, decorations and a layout/vision for how I’d like everything to look. I just need someone with a good eye for detail and a creative touch to help put everything together and make the setup look polished and cohesive. 100-person private party in Shenton Park, 6pm–midnight. Staff required approximately 5:30/6pm–11pm. Duties: serving beer, wine and champagne; keeping bar stocked; clearing and washing/collecting glasses; clearing tables; rubbish/recycling; passing light food around guests. Looking for 3 experienced hospitality staff, including at least one experienced bartender/bar lead. Smart black attire. Please quote your hourly rate and and relevant event experience. There will also be a separate 2-hour cocktail service during the evening, so cocktail experience would be a bonus. Would prefer a team that has worked together before.

Looking for 3 experienced bar/event staff with a valid RSA to help with a private engagement party. Date: Saturday 26 September Location: Morley area Start: Approx. 11:00–11:30am Finish: Approx. 5:00–6:00pm Guests: Approx. 120 Pay: Approx. $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience The event starts around 12pm, with food and drinks being served from approximately 1:30pm. Looking for 2 to 3 people to serve food and clean up for an anniversary party in Bassendean using a semi-commercial kitchen. Minimal dishes to be cleaned as disposable crockery and cutlery being used. Duties include: 5.30pm Arrival for set up and walk-through. 6.00pm Guests arrive. Approx. 100 guests expected. Meats to be sliced, baine marie to be filled. 7.00pm Dinner service commences. Food will be pre-prepared and heated in foil trays. Meat dishes to be served to guests by one server, whilst the other(s) ensures baine marie is kept supplied. Roaming to collect used dishes and dispose in rubbish bins. Pack up leftovers. No alcohol service required. 8.30pm Dessert service. Layout on buffet tables. Clear up as needed. Roaming to collect used dishes and dispose of rubbish. 9.30pm Clean kitchen, wipe surfaces, pack up remaining leftovers as needed. • Attire: Clean & tidy clothing with no offensive logos or inappropriate text. Bartender wanted for Hens to make cocktails (2-3 options) over 3/4hrs. Ideally can supply own equipment. We will provide alcohol/mixer ect. Someone with good energy.

Our venue is completely BYO and whilst we’ll be doing 90% of it ourselves, we’d like a bit of help with a few things. - Heat up finger food in the oven for cocktail hour (party pies/sausage rolls) - Serving cocktail hour food to guests - Pulling out dinner catering and putting putting it onto serving tables with serving utensils ( guests will self serve) - Pull out the cake - Collecting and washing up plates, serving utensils/trays etc (cutlery and dessert cups are disposable and we will wash up our own wine glasses etc at the end of the night) and cleaning the kitchen. We have about 70 guests. Cocktail hour starts at 5 (so ideally arrive around 4:45) and we’ll need help until approx 7:30-8pm. This should be for about 2 people. I look forward to hearing from you!

Could be from 1 hour - 4 hours depending on the client and it could also be regional such as Margaret River ect.
