Your main tasks will include: Heating up and circulating finger food for ~25 people. Pouring and serving wine, champagne, and other drinks. Restocking the fridge or esky as drinks are consumed. Clearing away empty glasses and plates and washing empty glasses. Start time: 5pm - 11pm Venue: St George’s Terrace, Perth CBD There will be ~120 guests who will need to be let in and out of the front doors, which lock after hours, as this is a client function we are hosting at our office. You will be stationed inside but please bring a jumper as the doors to the street will be kept open.
