You will also keep the bar stocked, clean and tidy during the party and help tidy the bar area at the end. We’re looking for someone with floral design experience to help create a collaborative floral arrangement during a private event at Observatory Hill Rotunda, Sydney. What you’ll do: - Arrive at hotel nearby at 1pm to collect pre made floral arrangements - 2 x 1m tall attached to wooden board and poles. - Drive to event location (500m up the road) no later than 1.30pm before the event starts and familiarise yourself with the setup. - From 2pm, during the first 30 minutes of the event, help incorporate additional flower and foliage stems provided by guests into the two pre-made standing arrangements. - Use your floral design experience to ensure the arrangements remain balanced and beautiful. - Stay for a further 30 minutes to ensure everything is looking great. - Then carefully transport the two standing arrangements on wooden bases a short distance to our dinner venue. Total time: Approximately 2.5 hours total + short transport from hotel to rotunda to dinner location. Ideal person: Confident with floral arranging, has an eye for presentation, and is comfortable working with guests in a relaxed event environment.
