Looking for a barista to work with us at the Good Food & Wine Show this weekend at ICC Sydney. 3 days — Fri 19, Sat 20, Sun 21 June 9am to 5pm each day We’re a premium non-alcoholic drinks bar. Think specialty iced lattes, ceremonial matcha, coconut floats, and mocktails. We need someone who knows their way around an espresso machine and can keep up during a busy food festival. You’ll be making: — Standard coffees (flat whites, lattes, caps, long blacks) — Specialty iced lattes (Pistachio, Biscoff, Spanish, Ube, Caramel, Oreo) — Steaming different milks (full cream, oat, lactose free) Don’t stress about memorising the menu — we’ve got printed recipe cards for every drink at your station, plus the team around you to help. Looking for someone who: — Has real barista experience on a commercial machine — Can commit to all 3 days — Is reliable and shows up on time — Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment Pay is generous and based on experience. We are hiring a barista to cover two shifts on 19th Nov and 20th Nov — 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (5 hours each day). $33 per hours Please arrive on time at The Great Room, Level 15, 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Dress code: formal attire (an apron will be provided).
