Date: Wednesday, 25 Feb 2026 Call time: 4-4:30PM Event proper: 5:30-9:30PM Main tasks: 1. Ensure event runs smoothly: monitor food & drinks service, coordinate with venue staff if refills or adjustments are needed. 2. Manage raffle logistics (collect guests’ physical name cards, prepare draw bowl, assist during draw, ensure photographer captures key moments and with the right VIPs in the photos). 3. Keep an eye on event timing and discreetly support transitions (e.g. raffle draw, wind-down). 4.
