I need help setting up my son's birthday party at the Cabarita Park Conservatory at around 10 am for an hour. Just need to set up the tables, put table covers, some balloons, help set up the food and things like this.

I am have a small gathering of 20-30 people and would like a person to plate and serve finger food. Someone who is aware of hospitality and likes engaging with people. It will be a relaxed evening. Arrive 6:30. Plate and serve from 7 to 9pm then tidy up the food. Finish 9:30/10 (I was also thinking of looking for someone who may attend the evening in character or would like to be somewaht entertatining but this is not a requirement, just a thought)
