Bar staff required to work as part of Dirty Frankie’s Mobile Cocktail Bar team, helping run bar service throughout a wedding on Sat 3rd Oct in Leichhardt Sydney. Approx 6 hours, 5-11pm, $35/hour. The role will primarily involve: - Serving beer and wine to guests - Keeping the bar clean, tidy and well stocked - Collecting and clearing empty glasses - Washing and restocking glassware - Replenishing drinks, ice and bar supplies as required - Assisting with general bar duties throughout the event - Providing friendly, professional service to wedding guests Requirements: - Current NSW RSA is essential - Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred - Reliable, punctual and well presented - Friendly and confident interacting with guests - Able to stay on your feet and keep up with a busy event You’ll be representing Dirty Frankie’s, so a positive attitude, great customer service and a can-do approach are a must. Need to drive with me to a venue and help me assemble bubble tea cart and serve to guests.

Hi! We need 2 bartenders with waiter capabilities for a 120 person event in Leichhardt Town Hall this Saturday 21st Feb. Times would be 2pm-12am with breaks. We have 2 bartenders already but we need 2 extras as we have had people pull out. Ideally we need people who can jump in to assist the bartenders if it gets busy, or help out with catering carrying trays around etc. RSA required. If this sounds like you, let us know!
