There are 4 levels in the house, but the main event will be on the rooftop (where drinks would be served + DJ playing) and the ground floor (where trays of food would be). We anticipate fairly simple food such as cheese platter, make-your-own pork roll station, chicken wings, spring rolls, prawn noodles, sticky rice, etc.) that guests can serve themselves. However, we would like 2 people (one person already assigned) to help with tidying up throughout the event, serving drinks and misc tasks as required. 5 hours between 4pm and 9pm.
