I own a cleaning company and am searching for a new team. We clean gyms every night of the week between 11pm and 5am

Private event at restaurant in Glebe Point Road on Saturday 23rd December. Event runs from 5:30pm until midnight. The whole space is being used for the event so restaurant will not be open to the public except for food delivery. Primary role is to be a fixed bartender. RSA required. Tasks: - Adding final ingredient to two pre-made cocktails. - Refilling glasses with Prosecco until supplied is exhausted. - Mixing drinks at guests request, using eftpos terminal to take payment. Other tasks to be completed: - Support the floor staff as needed. - Keep floor area clean and tidy. - Take food orders out to UberEats and other food delivery services that will continue to collect food throughout the evening. - Ensure food pickup does not interfere with the experience of event guests. -Support Head chef in any adhoc duties requested. Shift begins at 5:30pm and ends at 11:30pm. Guests will arrive from 530pm so important that person taking on this role can get going quickly and not need to be supervised. Warm, friendly, outgoing personality required with can do attitude. Uniform is black t-shirt and black pants. Shoes with grip. Having a party on Friday night and looking for someone (or two people) to come do a post party Clean on Saturday morning. This will involve tidying up (drinks, party rubbish ect) and clearing after the event. If you can take the rubbish with you that would be greatly appreciated. After tidying up I ask that you do a clean of the common areas and bathrooms - mop and vacuum all floors and clean surfaces / do a broader clean of the house. Need someone with experience + tools and attention to detail is a must. I have high standards but am prepared to pay someone properly for doing a detailed + thorough job. Thanks - ideally arrival around 11am on Saturday morning. House is 3 bedrooms two bathrooms and with a garden + front porch that will also require tidying.
