I am hosting an engagement party for about 80 guests and am looking for for 2 bartenders and 1 waiter to assist with food/drink service. We will have some canapes to serve and a bar set-up for drinks. Offering $50 p/h Bartenders (3-4 hours): - pouring wines - making cocktails - only a few on the menu such as margarita, cosmo, G&T. - all ingredients, glass & ice provided, we just need you to bring your own kit. Waiter / Helper (2-3 hrs): - service of canapes (2hrs) - tidy up loose cups / help with general tidying - ideally has RSA so can assist with topping up wines and serving drinks The party is at Five Dock NSW and starts at 7pm: canapes to be served from 7:30pm - 9pm and drinks service till around 10-10:30pm.

All equipment including recipes provided by the host. No preparations required, all syrups and juices home made and squeezed by the host (including orgeat and falernum)
