Need a reliable event helper with experience in content creation and event set up for the following on the 17th of May: * Pick up 7 folding chairs from Sydney CBD (parking provided) * Bring them to Wendy Whiteley’s Secret Garden * Have chairs set up by 8:45am * Stay until 10:30am * During that time, help by filming short moments on my phone * Pack down the chairs afterwards * Return the chairs to the CBD the next day Then later on the 17th: * From 5:00pm, help with setting up a private dining room in Barangaroo. * Help until around 6:30pm * The team there will handle most of the evening themselves, but I need someone to: * return at 9:30pm * pack everything down by themselves by 10:30pm (the bulk of it is around 50-60 vases that need water drained and packed in the provided large boxes. * deliver items back to the CBD the next day, along with the chairs Looking for someone who is: * punctual and reliable * comfortable filming on an iPhone * has a car large enough for 7 folding chairs and event items * ideally has some event/setup experience *I will need a 30 mins virtual chat around the logistics a week before the event Please comment with: * your availability * vehicle type * any relevant event/setup experience

Must have NSW RSA Event Details: 🗓 Thursday, 7 May 🕓 5:00pm to 8pm (start time may slightly change but the task will be 3 hours long) Duties Include: Setting up (wine glasses, table settings). Welcoming guests with a glass of sparkling wine. Pouring wines during the event. The event is a wine tasting with 5 seperate wines. Light interaction with guests throughout the tasting.
