Hi, I need someone who can assist with the set up, running and pack up of my daughters bday. You will arrive at 10am and assist with setting up. This may mean setting up tables, chairs, decorations, food etc. There may be some lifting involved to move tables. There will be item's that need to be brought upstairs in the lift, folding chairs, decorations etc. The party will run from 12pm - 2.30pm. In this time, you will mainly be assisting with food set up and helping people get lunch at the food table. This will include keeping the food table tidy and food labels in place. Serving any hot food on to plates etc. Ensuring there are no drink spills. Replenishing cups/plates etc. At around 1.30pm you will set up the desserts. You will also help with cutting the cake to add to the dessert table. Once the desserts are out, you will pack up the lunch foods. Clear any rubbish/ half eaten foods and put any left over food neatly into the kitchen. You will also go around to tables and clear off any left over plates cups etc. At 2.30pm, you will help with packing up. Taking things downstairs, putting tables away etc. 3.30pm finish. You must be: Efficient Friendly Adaptable Have some experience with food set up Dress in clean, neat black clothing.
