Find a professional bartender in WA

I have a function on and I need a bar staff person to get glasses and tables ready, serve drinks all night and I need a food server who will do some food plattering but no cooking. Both people from 5.00pm to 9.30pm

We're also needing someone to provide catering for a selection of hot & cold roaming snacks, as well as one or two more substantial food offerings if possible.
