I booked Umit based on his reviews, but another bartender was sent. Champagne on arrival wasn’t served as agreed, trays were left in guests’ way, and the bartender seemed inexperienced. There was also confusion when minors asked if prosecco contained alcohol. Overall, the service I booked wasn’t delivered as expected.
