Hi! I’m wanting to learn to sew so I’m looking for someone who could give me lessons ☺️ I’m a complete beginner and I don’t yet own a sewing machine

The zipper on my snowboard bag has broken and i am hoping to get it somehow replaced. I am happy to pay for the supplies to do it and also the labor to complete the job. The zipper does close up but I am worried about it’s integrity when traveling overseas with it.

I am making a banner out of two large pieces of fabric, the top layer has word cut out of it so the bottom layer colour forms the word. I need the word outlined so it stays legible when hanging.

Hi, I’m new to sewing and need someone experienced with domestic sewing machines to help me set up my Elna 2000. I’m having trouble getting the needle to catch/pick up the bobbin thread, and I’d like someone to show me how to thread the machine properly, check the bobbin setup, and make sure everything is working. This should be a one-hour job. I’d also appreciate a quick beginner-friendly walkthrough so I know what I’m doing next time. My eyesight is not the best, even with glasses and a magnifying glass and I struggle to thread the cotton through the eyehole of the needle on the machine. I get mose upset with myself because I cant see what Im doing. Would someone with much much better eyesight be able to come and thread it for me?
