Josh is lovely and very efficient at moving furniture. He’s clearly done this plenty of times. He’s a professional removalist. Fours starts only because 10 mins before he was meant to be at the job, he notified us that he wasn’t able to bring his trailer and van, which was the main reason we booked him. So that was quite inconvenient and meant that we had to make extra trips, costing us more money than the originally agreed amount. I gather it was his partners fault this occurred but still frustrating. I recommend confirming the availability of his trailer few days before the job because everything else was perfect!
