Full interior roof area to be sarked is about 20 sq.m. I will provide 40.5 sq.m of Bradford sarking so there is sufficient for overlap and wastage. Attach sarking to wooden beams inside roof to for dust and moisture barrier, with overlap to prevent water ingress. Seal as well as possible at the edges. I will provide staple gun to use for attaching the sarking. There is only one electrical wire in the area, and it is clear of the required sarking installation. I am very flexible with dates.

I have installed roof insulation batts into the main cavity of my roof, I need to finish doing the last of the batts from the outside of my house. This will require someone to use a ladder (supplied by me) to go around the outside of my house and slide the tiles up to put the batts in. I’m after someone who has had experience doing this before. My house is a 3 bedroom house and 1/4 of it has already been completed (prior to me buying the house). I estimate there is about 45 meters of house perimeter to be done. All batts and ladders supplied.
