Preparing apartment backyard for a new deck. Need soil and lawn removed to create roughly 150mm clearance. The area to be removed is roughly 4x5m. 3 tonne of soil estimated. All access is through apartment only either lift or single set of stairs. Need very clean operation as waste will be moved through my apartment and common areas. Drop sheets and use of bins/bags or other covered vessel to move the soil and lawn.
Excellent work - efficient and tidy. Cleared a lot of soil and grass from a tricky apartment with poor access. Would recommend.

I've got a 1 tonne-sized bag (the gorilla kind from Bunnings) that is about 3/4 full of soil with small bits of rock, concrete and other small bits from a recent build. I would like it removed and taken to a dump/tip/waste centre (wherever things like this are supposed to go). You can get fairly close to it by backing up our driveway.
Nathan removed 1t of dirt for me - he communicated well and got the job done, leaving the space neat and tidy.
