I need a small garden shed cleared out and cleaned. The shed and contents are shown in the attached photos. This is a clean-out only. The shed itself is staying. A small number of clearly identified items are to remain, including several storage tubs, two camping chairs, garden bags and the items hanging on the pegboard. Everything else in the shed is to be removed and appropriately disposed of. The job includes: • Separate the clearly identified KEEP items and leave them safely in the shed • Remove the remaining loose contents • Load and transport all rubbish • Dispose of rubbish appropriately • Sweep and clean the shed floor, shelving and work surface when finished • Leave the KEEP items neatly arranged inside the shed There are old paint tins, garden/household products and similar items visible in the photos, so please take these into account when making your offer and ensure anything requiring special disposal is handled appropriately. You will need to provide your own vehicle/trailer, equipment and labour. No assistance with lifting or loading will be available. Offer should include labour, loading, transport and disposal costs. Remove and dispose of old garden shed materials

Have just done a big clear out of the house and piled a lot of stuff in our garage needing to clean the garage out now to fit car. Unfortunately I’ve torn my pec and cannot move anything. Heavy items will need a second person for some parts. About 1/2 dump runs.
