This is a two part job. STEP 1. Dismantle or remove a rectangular shed and throw the contents away, into the large building bins that are located just under the apartment. It will be a toss over the balcony, carefull that know one is using the facility at the same time. I have done this with iteams.... if you wanted to keep the shed, it's yours, free of charge. You must have your own transport and it must be removed before step 2. STEP 2. Deep clean a 7x7m balcony. There is a dinning table and 6 chairs, 2 seater couch and 2 single lounge chairs, plus a coffee table that will require moving around to clean. They are not heavy. I have moved them myself, or with my 11 year daughter.

Very thorough and friendly, I would definitely recommend.
