Loading furniture onto truck from national storage, storage shed

Hello! I need help moving 2 heavy home items from the ground floor to the first floor via an internal staircase. Items: 1 × desk – approximately 21 kg 1 × folding walking pad/treadmill – approximately 21 kg Total weight: approximately 42 kg Both items just need to be carefully carried from a room downstairs to upstairs — no transport or vehicle required. The staircase is straight but relatively narrow (see attached photo), so care will be needed to avoid damaging the walls, stairs, or items. The desk is approximately 1115 mm wide.
