Move a heavy 2 seater couch from the office in my house to the lounge room in the same house. The doorway that it needs to go through is a little narrow so the couch will need to be lifted and rotated. If cannot fit it through the internal door, then the couch will need to be taken out the front external door and taken down the side of the house and into another different external door at the side of the house.

I need two people or someone very strong to lift 6 panels up a set of stairs to my deck. Pictures of the deck and the panels in the task. They weigh approx 40kgs each and are 3 metres x 1metre wide.
