Need assistance moving a disassembled bed frame and queen size mattress from Belconnen to Evatt (5km).

There is a weights machine and rowing machine in my parent's shed that need to be dismantled, then moved from the shed and across to the carport nearby (10m away) ready for the removalists. The rower is a water rower. The water will stay in there so it will be heavy, however it has wheels so should be easy to move to the carport. The weights machine will need tools and strength to unbolt/dismantle, and to shift the stack of weights.
