Whether you're looking to retire an old refrigerator or need to get a broken fridge removal, your Tasker can figure out the best way to remove it from your kitchen without damaging your property. This way, you won't even have to worry about doing the heavy lifting yourself!
Refrigerant removal and disposal
With the fridge removal done, your broken unit will now be brought to an old fridge disposal area. While it may be tempting to stow away the refrigerator at a dump, these appliances can be a bit more tricky. After all, these contain chemicals that can be dangerous if not disposed of correctly. As such, it must be taken to a proper disposal facility not only to comply with local legislation but to help ease the impact on the environment as well.
Fridge freezer disposal and recycling
Once the chemicals have been removed, your old unit can now be disposed of safely. If brought to a proper recycling plant, then your drained fridge casing will be dismantled to its base parts for recycling. Moving side by side fridge from one building to another building on same property. About 35 metres away. Start has x3 steps tgat are double depth stairs so easy and I have S ramps to make easy out sliding g door down. Then move fridge across yard to 2nd building. There is no stairs just a skight incline maybe 15 degrees for about 6 metres length. Second building g is House tgat is on ground level, through sliding door. So fairly easy. We have new tile this house so please be careful bringing in. :-) I prefer done today otherwise tomorrow okay. Moving 10 mins away from loganlea to crestmead and need help with moving our fridge and our couch. Our couch pulls apart into three pieces to make it easier. The sliding bed part comes off compeltly i have marked where couch comes apart in red. See photos attached. Needs to be at minimum of 2 people with either a trailer or a Ute as they are heavy. Needs to be done at 10am Saturday morning no early.
