Move large heavy piece of gym equipment out of building in The Rocks and transport to Fountaindale 2258 on the Central Coast. It's a bit of an awkward path out of the building in The Rocks with some narrow hallways, stairs and then outside up a hill to the road where you can park your truck. See photos. All up is probably about 100m. The gym equipment has wheels on the back to help with moving it. The equipment cannot be further dismantled. Once you get to Fountaindale it's a pretty simple drop off on level ground and plenty of room. There is a loading zone out the front of the building in The Rocks that you can use.
