The new sofa will need to be picked up from Dover Heights and delivered to Bellevue Hill. It’s a modular 2‑seater, with each section measuring 1000W. The pieces will need to be disassembled for transport to my place in Bellevue Hill. Once here, my current sofa will need to be moved down to my car space. When I first moved in, it had to be carried over the balcony — I’m on the ground floor, but slightly elevated — so I believe it will need to be taken out the same way. The new sofa will also need to be brought in over the balcony, as it won’t fit through the building entrance or my apartment door.
