Removalist Quote: Balmain to Grays Point Looking to get some quotes for a potential house move from Balmain to Grays Point, likely sometime between 23 and 30 October. Exact date is still to be confirmed. We are currently in a two bedroom Victorian terrace in Balmain. The two bedrooms are upstairs, with straightforward ground floor access directly from the street for the remainder of the house. We don’t have an excessive amount of furniture or belongings. Our previous move was completed using approximately a 4.5 tonne removal truck, which should give a reasonable indication of the overall volume. The property in Grays Point also has stairs, although there is good access to various parts of the house, including access to rooms and living areas via balconies. There is an inclined driveway leading up to the Grays Point property. Vehicles can access the house via the driveway, although it would be worth considering whether a larger removal truck would be suitable for the incline. Street access is also available at the bottom if required. At this stage I’m mainly looking to get an idea of cost and would be happy for someone to come and have a look at what needs moving and the access at either property before providing a firm quote. Please let me know your approximate pricing, what is included, and whether you’d be happy to inspect beforehand.
