The property is currently rented to six tenants, and the inspections are to ensure the home is being maintained and any issues are reported. What you’ll need to do: - Check overall cleanliness and condition of the property (common areas, kitchen, bathrooms). - Identify any maintenance issues (leaks, mould, damage, electrical problems, etc.). - Ensure tenants are complying with lease terms (no unauthorised occupants or subletting). - Inspect outdoor areas (garden, rubbish, any visible damage). - Confirm smoke alarms are working and fire exits are clear. - Take photos and provide a detailed report after each inspection. Requirements: - Attention to detail and good communication skills. - Experience in property inspections, real estate, or similar (preferred but not essential). - Ability to provide a clear, written report with photos. Each inspection should take around 30–45 minutes, plus time to compile the report. Payment: $150/ inspection Frequency: Every 3 months (ongoing task).
