small pool room 1.3 x 1.5m. plaster walls on 3 sides damaged because of water leak. need to replace plaster boards and apply water proofing from FFL to 300mm to prevent future water damage from leaking Happy to negotiate reasonable fixed rate or hourly rate over and above budget.

Having issues with the heater heating the spa, it starts to heat but i think issues with thermostat.

The pool is leaking somewhere, as the picture shows. The water level drops rapidly to a certain point. I need a plumber to run a test, find the leak point, and fix it.

I have a sterns pool that needs the liner to be supplied and replaced as it has little holes from wear and tear and is starting to leak.

Endless spa has a number of leaking manifolds and fittings that are slow leaking culminating in a decent loss of water weekly, looking for someone experienced to inspect, supply parts and repair. our glass pool door should close when its not being held open however, at the moment it's not shutting properly. this is a safety hazard. the issue is with alignment perhaps. magnet strip also needs replacing

Need pool liner replaced for in ground pool

Cleaned and refilled spa pool after it not being used for approx' 6 months. The spa is not heating up. Did have the heating element replaced around 12 months ago. Don't think it's an air lock as both sets of jets appear to be working.

I am looking for a qualified pool/spa technician or gas plumber experienced with Raypak heaters to diagnose and fix my unit. The details: Brand: Raypak (Gas Heater) Error Code: F1 Issue: The heater is failing to heat up the water and it displays the F1 error code (it tried to heat up for about 5-10 seconds and then F1 code was showed) I have checked that the pump is running and filters are clean, but the error persists. I have a spa and the heating unit (Astral MX150) no longer works. I’ve bought a used replacement unit (Astral HX120) and need it installed. The plumbing for water in and out will need some adjustment as they aren’t in the exact same locations (see attached pictures - the newer unit doesn’t have the gas on the same side.

I have an EVO HEAT heater which is connected to PentAir Easy Touch. The heater was working fine last year but now it just runs but doesn’t heat the water.

Hi there, We are not looking for regular maintenance services, so if this is what you are looking for I am sorry to disappoint you. As much as I want to support you as a small business, it is also quite pricey to pay a few hundred everytime for us. What we are looking for is someone who is experienced to look at our system as a whole and tell us what is wrong with the pump / anything we need to do in particular. Currently, the pump is blowing bubbles (it used to be very strong pump, but we can see that it is also not sucking the water very well). We suspect that there is a Air leaking somewhere, or blockage. We have tried back wash, adding water, adding salt, everything available suggested online. We also regularly test the water at the pool shop. Thank you for your time.
